About Ivy
Ivy is a published artist, art instructor, and creative guide whose work has supported thousands of women worldwide. Born in Sydney, Australia, she trained privately with a respected artist before earning her BFA in Illustration from Ringling College of Art and Design.
Her career has included museum leadership support at the Whitney Museum of Art, developing art education programs, and running her own interior design firm before returning fully to her creative path.
Ivy now lives in Portugal, where she leads Studioworks, her online creative membership and learning community. Studioworks offers hundreds of in-depth workshops across painting, mixed media, and art journaling, along with guided journals and international retreats. The focus is not just technique, but creative growth, reflection, and renewal.
Her work centers on helping women reconnect with their artistic voice and build a sustainable creative practice. She has been published in Somerset Apprentice, Somerset Digital Studio, and Artful Blogging.
